DVI SIGNAL EVALUATION APPARATUS AND DVI SIGNAL EVALUATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DVI signal evaluation apparatus and signal evaluation method in which a DVI signal is highly accurately evaluated without using any dedicated measuring instrument.;SOLUTION: Parallel DVI signals are connected from an evaluation target device 1 which generates a video signal based on the DVI standard, through a serial DVI cable 3 to a signal evaluation apparatus 2 and inputted to a comparator circuit 7. The DVI signals are compared with reference data corresponding to the DVI signals by the comparator circuit 7, and the number of times of defining the DVI signals as errors is counted to perform determination and evaluation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
