PSOLUTION: The batch tracking device on the basis of a CV value includes an image acquisition unit 1 which acquires motion pictures, a CV arithmetic unit 3 which finds a CV value indicating the three-dimensional location and posture of a camera from distinctive points in the images, a CV image generating unit 4 which generates images to which the CV value is added for each frame, an FP-added CV image generating unit 6 which generates FP-added CV images to which FP coordinate secondarily found simultaneously with the CV calculation is added, a hard CV region image segmenting unit 8 which segments the CV images into geometric hard CV region images with no space between, a TV arithmetic unit 9 which finds a TV value by tracking corresponding points of the divided CV region images across adjacent images and a hard CV region image generating unit 16 which generates hard CV region image by adding the CV value and the TV value to each frame.
