PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landform monitoring system capable of providing accurate measurement results.;SOLUTION: This pressure sensing device 3 comprises a housing unit 32 having an internal space 327 and first and second openings 325, 326 communicating with the outside of the internal space 327, a pressure sensor 31 having a pressure sensing surface 312 stuck on the housing unit 32 and sealing the first opening 325, a flexible sheet 33 stuck on the housing unit 32 and sealing the second opening 326, and a liquid medium 34 injected into the internal space 327 of the housing unit 32. When the flexible sheet 33 is deformed by the action of an external force, the corresponding pressure is transmitted to the pressure sensor 31 through the liquid medium 34, and pressure sensing signals are generated.
