PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal framework structure serving also as a horizontal timbering bar, and its construction method for simplifying underground hole digging construction work and underground structure construction work, and carrying out these construction work more quickly and economically than a conventional method.;SOLUTION: In this horizontal framework structure and the underground earth retaining timbering construction method using it, the ground is excavated by a desired depth by repeating steps for installing the horizontal framework structure 10 including a connection member 200 having a "parallel cross" shape and an earth retaining wall and a center pile around the ground under which an underground structure is constructed, excavating the ground by a predetermined depth of one story, placing a frame beam, and installing the horizontal framework structure on the frame beam to put it on the center pile, the horizontal framework structure is installed at many steps, a mat slab is put on the bottom of the excavated ground, a vertical reinforcing member is provided between connection members of the horizontal framework structure, the center pile is removed, and a column is constructed on the vertical reinforcing member to form the underground structure by using the horizontal framework structure as a permanent structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
