The system has a wall panels (1) incorporated between metallic posts (3) connected to a brickwork (9) by metallic pieces. Ceiling panels (2) rest on a horizontal propping, and are assembled relative to each other by metallic bands (20). The ceiling panels are fixed on a frame (8) by metallic squares and on a top peripheral purlin (5) in upper part of the walls connected to the posts for assuring horizontal bracing of the construction opposing to deformation forces by obtaining a large indeformable horizontal surface at the upper part of the walls constituting a structure.
