PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for immobilizing an enzyme affording a larger amount of introduced amphiphilic groups for immobilizing the enzyme and immobilizing a larger amount of the enzyme, to provide a method for producing the carrier and to provide the immobilized enzyme in which the enzyme supported on the carrier has higher catalyst activity even in an organic solvent.;SOLUTION: The carrier for immobilizing the enzyme is obtained by reacting functional groups (A) with functional groups (B) reactive with the functional groups (A) and thereby binding a resin particle having the functional groups (A) to a polymer having the amphiphilic groups (C) and the functional groups (B). The immobilized enzyme is prepared by immobilizing the enzyme on the carrier for immobilizing the enzyme. Furthermore, the method for producing the carrier for immobilizing the enzyme comprises a step of reacting the functional groups (A) with the functional groups (B) reactive with the functional groups (A) and thereby binding the resin particle having the functional groups (A) to the polymer having the amphiphilic groups (C) and the functional groups (B).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
