PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair information management system for improving the efficiency of arrival of goods processing, by including and printing an attention item of a repair part on a repair identification tag at the arrival time of the repair part.;SOLUTION: The repair information management system comprises an operator terminal that is disposed in a call center and receives arrival schedule information including the attention item related to the repair of the input repair part from a client and information for specifying the repair part, an arrival schedule device for registering the arrival schedule information input from the operator terminal in an arrival schedule database for each repair part, a person-in-charge terminal that is disposed at a repair point and receives repair actual part information including information for specifying the arriving repair part, and a repair management device that registers the repair actual part information in a repair management database for each repair part, searches the arrival schedule database based on the information for specifying the repair part included in the repair actual part information, extracts repair part information corresponding to the information, and outputs the repair actual part information including the arrival schedule information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
