PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a micro substance while suppressing damage, etc.;SOLUTION: This micro substance fixing device is provided with a prescribed- length body member 2 having its one end part 4 fixed to a substrate 1 to make it approximately parallel to the surface of the substrate on the substrate 1, and formed with a light receiving part 6 moving to a light focus position by receiving the condensed light in a part except for one end part 4 of the body member, and a deformation part 7 allowing the movement of the light receiving part 6, at least, in a part between the light receiving part 6 and one end part 4 out of the body member 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
