PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which employs laser induced stress wave (LISW) to introduce a drug such as a gene into an implanted tissue such as skin or an organ, thereby to get high take and high performance; a unit for carrying out the method; and an implanted tissue or organ having high performance produced by the method. PSOLUTION: The method is a method for introducing a drug into an implanted tissue or an organ's implant, and comprises applying the drug to the implanted tissue or the organ's implant and then irradiating a light absorptive product with laser beam to induce stress wave to apply to the implant, wherein the light absorptive product is disposed near by the implant and is made of a substance capable of absorbing laser beam to generate stress wave.
