A reagent for detecting a risk factor of Alzheimer's disease which contain, as the active ingredients, an antibody specific to apolipoprotein E4 and an antibody against all of apolipoprotein E2, apolipoprotein E3 and apolipoprotein E4; a detection method; and a detection kit.
