PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate product for optical recording medium to which resin can be uniformly applied by a spin coating method without using a disk-like member, which can be stocked in a stable state while saving the space and which can be transported by an existing transport mechanism even if applied resin is in an uncured state.;SOLUTION: The intermediate product for an optical recording medium ME1 is manufactured prior to manufacturing the optical recording medium where a loading center hole is formed in the center part, one or more types of functional layers are formed on a surface and information can be recorded or reproduced.
