OPERATION MANAGING METHOD AND OPERATION MANAGING SYSTEM FOR CEMENT MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation managing method and an operation managing system to stably operate a cement manufacturing apparatus when wastes or low grade fuels different in properties are used as raw fuels for cement production. PSOLUTION: After a dust-containing exhaust gas is extracted from the end of a cement kiln and cooled, dust is separated from the exhaust gas. Sulfur concentration at the end of the kiln is calculated by measuring SOSB3/SBconcentration in the dust and SOSB2/SBconcentration in the exhaust gas after separating the dust and then the raw fuels to be supplied to the cement manufacturing apparatus are controlled according to the sulfur concentration at the end of the kiln.
