PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antigen contributing to the development of a safe and effective vaccine against Mycoplasma pneumonia against which an effective preventive means is not present now, and the vaccine or the like using the antigen.;SOLUTION: The synthetic lipopeptide is derived from Mycoplasma pneumoniae, and exemplified by S-(2,3-bispalmitoyloxypropyl)cysteinyl peptide and S-(2,3-bispalmitoyloxypropyl)-N-palmitoyl-cysteinyl peptide. The activator of a toll-like receptor contains the lipopeptide. The transcription factor inducer contains the lipopeptide.
