METHOD FOR BURYING PREBORING-TYPE PRECAST CONCRETE PILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for burying a pile, which enables a diameter of an expanded bulb under the pile to easily become larger than ever before, and which enables the expanded bulb for being formed to be created in the state of adhering to a stable section of surrounding natural ground.;SOLUTION: An excavating head A is equipped with a spiral auger 3 and an excavating blade 10 for expanded excavation. A liquid jet nozzle 20 for emitting a jet of liquid toward an outer peripheral side is provided in a position almost as high as the excavating blade 10. In a storage state in which the excavating blade 10 is housed inside with respect to the outer periphery of the spiral auger 3, a pile inserting hole 40 is dug until the excavation blade 10 reaches the preset deepest position of a diameter-enlarged portion 41. In that position, the excavating blade 10 is rotated under the housed state while a water jet is emitted from the liquid jet nozzle 20, so that the natural ground of the inner peripheral surface of the pile inserting hole 40 can be loosened by the water jet. Subsequently, the excavating head A is hoisted until reaching the preset uppermost position of the diameter-enlarged portion 41, while being rotated in a protruding state in which the excavating blade 10 is protruded. After the molding of a large-diameter portion, the excavating head A is rotated while a jet of foot protection liquid is emitted into the diameter-enlarged portion from the liquid jet nozzle 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
