PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily calculate remaining life of a components of a device even during operation of the device.;SOLUTION: Instrument data of the device is stored in an inspection record database 3. Then data A at start of a use period M, data A1 at finish of the same, and an abnormal set value Ds with which it is assumed that the component reaches life thereof from the database 3 (S21). Then, data change quantity (A₀ - A₁) during the use period M is divided by the use period M to define data change rate α (S22).
