PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element layout device, program and method, for making layouts of a plurality of images picked up by a camera, video, etc. so as to express time sense and temporal realistic sensation on an album mount. PSOLUTION: This device comprises an element selection means 102 for selecting the layout element for making layout, a path information selection means 104 for selecting the path information indicating the path for arranging the selected layout element, a time information acquiring means 106 for acquiring the temporal information corresponded to the selected layout element, and an element arranging means 108 for calculating the time difference between the layout elements on the basis of the acquired temporal information and arranging the selected layout elements along the path of the selected path information with an arrangement interval between the layout elements corresponding to the calculated time difference.
