PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a dissociation constant in an initial stage of a reaction.;SOLUTION: A mass/concentration dual-purpose sensor serving simultaneously as both a mass sensor and a concentration sensor is provided. Hereby, the mass and the concentration can be known simultaneously at the same position. A prediction value of the dissociation constant can be acquired by substituting the mass and the concentration for a prescribed theoretical expression. The mass/concentration dual-purpose sensor outputs a resonance frequency of a quartz oscillator, and a dissociation constant measuring device can calculate the mass from transition of the frequency. The dissociation constant measuring device measures an admittance from an impedance of the quartz oscillator, and can calculate the concentration from the admittance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
