PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in an electronic paper display that when delay in drawing time occurs with respect to a preset display schedule before or after the drawing time of the image display schedule, the current image just after drawn or during drawn is rewritten into the next image and that excess power consumption is wasted or the rewrite timing of the next image delays.;SOLUTION: The drawing start time is acquired from a drawing information table that stores information of the image to be displayed next; the drawing start time is compared with the slot start time of the next slot; if the start time of the next slot is before the time calculated by adding a predetermined time to the drawing start time of the next image, the drawing information table is rewritten into the information included in the next slot.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
