PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tumor marker that is high in both the sensitivity and the specificity. PSOLUTION: This tumor marker contains at least one of a tumor marker A and a tumor marker B, where the tumor marker A is a tumor marker containing at least one selected from a group, comprising a human-derived PGAM, an anti-human-derived PGAM antibody, a human-derived PGAM gene, and human-derived PGAMmRNA, and where the tumor marker B is a tumor marker, containing at least one selected from among a group comprising a human-derived TPI, an anti-human-derived TPI antibody, a human-derived TPI gene, and a human-derived TPImRNA. For example, cancer is determined with high sensitivity and high specificity, as shown in the graph of Fig.1, when autoantibody in a serum of a subject is measured by a CLEIA method, by using a recombination PGAM1 as an antigen.
