PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a molten metal pouring technique for centrifugal cast tube with which high productivity is secured, working environment is improved, stable operation is performed and the cast tube having the uniform tube thickness and stable quality characteristic is obtained.;SOLUTION: A molten metal pouring ladle 14 having large capacity which can cast a plurality of cast tubes is used, and in the case of transporting the ladle from the last casting work to the next casting work, the casting is performed by using a device 11 to be able to quickly exchange the ladles and a means for surely controlling a molten metal dropping position from the ladle 14 to a chute 25 and molten metal pouring speed. The molten metal dropping position is controlled while considering displacement to the fixed point of a molten metal tapping hole 24 according to the tilting of the ladle, and the molten metal pouring amount is controlled based on the molten metal surface area in the ladle. When at least first cast tube is cast, the ladle 14 is tilted to an angle just before starting the pouring of the molten metal, and then, a treatment for remained molten metal and slag is discharged into a remained metal pot by traversing and turning over the ladle 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
