PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish intermediation satisfactory to a lender and a borrower when intermediating for time-rental of a car.;SOLUTION: In this private car time-rental intermediary system 1, the lender specifies use evaluation conditions from a communication device 2 and retrieves superior private cars, and the borrower specifies use evaluation conditions from a communication device 4 and retrieves superior private cars. The evaluation results of past lenders and borrowers are registered in a member use situation management database 15, and a private car retrieval examination setting server 12 mediates the lender and the borrower who cleared the use evaluation conditions which are the past evaluation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
