PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cr-Cu alloy which has a small coefficient of thermal expansion in a surface direction, has a large coefficient of thermal conductivity, further keeps a low coefficient of thermal expansion even after having been heated to a high temperature for bonding, and besides, has superior workability; a manufacturing method therefor; further a radiation plate with the use of the Cr-Cu alloy for a semiconductor; and radiation parts with the use of the Cr-Cu alloy for a semiconductor.;SOLUTION: The Cr-Cu alloy comprises a Cu matrix and flat Cr phases; is obtained by powder metallurgy; and includes Cr of more than 30 mass% but 80 mass% or less.
