PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a conventional batten driving construction method wherein if rainwater enters through clearances between tiles, water leaks through the damaged part of roofing and nail holes, a foam substrate material is often flown by wind during the construction since its body strength is weak, hardening of an exclusive adhesive agent is very slow, and the adhesive force is weak, and often damaged during the roofing of tiles, and applications thereof are limited since the lateral dimension of the substrate material is not flexible.;SOLUTION: Tile battens are so formed integrally with the roofing that nailing in the horizontal part of the substrate is not needed. The water entering thereinto is bled through grooves formed in the battens. To increase strength, a plastic base material for which a strong adhesive agent can be used is used. The lateral dimensions can be allocated freely.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
