PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide usage of a load-fearing reinforcing sound-insulation and vibration-isolation joist for a dry-type sound-insulation double floor which is generally used without loss of sound-insulation performance of the vibration-isolation joist.;SOLUTION: The woody system joist is made of an extra-long material such as LVL which is generally used. The woody system joist is provided with support legs which are continuously provided at predetermined intervals. A plurality of woody system joists are used in parallel with one another and arranged so that the location of the support leg is positioned at about the midpoint position of the support leg of the other joist (about equal spacings at the time of three or more).
