PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam reforming catalyst of dimentyl ether enhanced in the dispersability of a supported catalytic metal, homogenous in a fine level and having excellent function for reforming dimethyl ether by steam.;SOLUTION: The steam reforming catalyst of dimethyl ether can be manufactured by a manufacturing method including a step for adding an acid to a metal alkoxide to form a sol, a step for forming a gel by the evaporation to dryness of the sol, a step for drying the gel to bake the same and a step for reducing the baked gel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
