PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain converted paper that has excellent crease suitability, offset printing suitability, gravure printing suitability and is suitable as a material for a paper container by molding and a paper box by box making with creases.;SOLUTION: The converted paper has a pigment coated layer composed of at least pigment and a binder on at least one side of base paper consisting essentially of a wood pulp-based fiber.
