PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce only the part on which a monitoring target is photographed from among a myriad of photographed images, in reproducing and outputting a photographed image obtained by photographing a moving object as a monitoring target. PSOLUTION: A monitoring system 2 for the inside of facility detects whether a monitoring target appears or disappears in the photographed image obtained by photographing a person on a blacklist as a monitoring target. When detecting the appearance of the monitoring target, the system records "starting time"as monitoring start information at that time in a monitor log database 22. When detecting the disappearance of the person, the system records "finishing time" as monitoring end information at that time in the database 22. In reproducing the photographed image, a searching system 3 extracts a photographed image within a range expressed by the "starting time" and "finishing time" in the database 22, and reproduces and outputs the extracted image.
