PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflatable structure which realizes a light weight and a high precision and can be adapted to the demand for enlargement in size, an array antenna having the inflatable structure and a developing method of the inflatable structure being excellent in reproducibility.;SOLUTION: A film of the inflatable structure 10 constituted of a multilayer structure has an airtight layer 11 forming an airtight space inside, a hardened layer 12 provided outside the airtight layer and a protective layer 13 provided further outside the hardened layer.
