PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance customer service by effectively utilizing data on instantaneous voltage drop.;SOLUTION: This method comprises the step of extracting facilities related directly to the cause of instantaneous voltage drop detected in a power station corresponding to the place designated by the user, based on the actual result data of the instantaneous voltage drop stored in an actual result data storage and storing the data on the facility in a storage device; the step of creating map data which have localized a region which might be the factor of instantaneous voltage drop at least at the place that the user has designated, and storing it in a map data storage; and the step of outputting the map data stored in the map data storage. Consequently, in case that the accident or the like of a transmission line due to natural phenomena such as, for example, thunderbolt, etc. occurs in any region, the user can know whether or not there might be influence of instantaneous voltage drop at the customer's place of residence at a look.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
