PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater construction structure coating body coated with a primer antifouling coating or a composite antifouling coating excellent in coating strength, effective to prevent adhesion of common aquatic living bodies to the underwater construction structure coating body all year around, and having excellent adhesion property between the substrate and undercoat or between the undercoat and a topcoat and excellent durability of the antifouling capability and to provide an antifouling method for an underwater construction structure.;SOLUTION: The coated underwater construction structure coating body is coated with a primer antifouling coating and the primer antifouling coating is formed from a primer antifouling coating composition containing (A) a resin component and (B) a reactive functional group-containing silane coupling agent. Also, the coated underwater construction structure coating body is coated with a composite antifouling coating and the composite antifouling coating is formed on the surface of the primer antifouling coating and preferably, the antifouling coating composition contains a polysiloxane (D) for forming the antifouling coating.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
