PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid chromatograph capable of evaluating whether the elution time in liquid chromatography is sufficent in the separation of a component or unnecessarily long, an elution time leading-out device, an elution time leading-out program and an elution time leading-out method.;SOLUTION: The elution time of the component in a sample from a column is led out on the basis of the mobility of the component in the sample prior to liquid chromatography. The leading-out of the elution time is performed according to a numerical formula 72 using the time t0 over a period when an eluate begins to flow into the column and begins to flow out of the column and the mobility Rfc(t/t0) of the component (c) in the sample with respect to the time (t) elapsed after the sample begins to flow into the column.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
