STEP FOR ASCENT TO/DESCENT FROM TRUCK LOADING SPACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step for ascent to/decent from a truck loading space, which can safely support itself in a nonslip manner, even if it is put in the state of horizontally tilting a gate of the truck loading space, which makes a ladder support the horizontally tilted gate as a supporting leg for the gate, and which can increase the load bearing strength of the gate.;SOLUTION: Each of supports 1 of a ladder body 3, in which treads 3a are attached at proper intervals to the pair of supports 1 on both sides, respectively, is provided with a gripping mechanism 7 which is composed of a pressure contact piece for sandwiching an end of the gate R of the horizontally tilted truck loading space between upper and lower sides. Additionally, a lower portion of the support 1 is equipped with two expansion/contraction portions (lower and upper expansion/contraction portions 22 and 23) of a double structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
