Production method of sea-island fiber spinneret for equipment and nozzle plate as well as sea-island fiber

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinneret device and a nozzle plate that can spin sea-island type conjugated fiber which can increase the number of the island resin component and can produce ultrafine fibers having more fine fiber diameter and to provide a method for sea-island type conjugated fiber.;SOLUTION: The spinneret device 10 is equipped with both of the island component resin A feeder and the sea component resin B feeder and they are connected each to the resin sources A and these resin components A and B are fed each to the resin inlets 11 into the resin distribution plate 12. On the downstream side of the resin distributor 12, are arranged the upper distributor 13 for distributing the island resin A and a lower distributor 14 for accepting the island resin A component from the upper distributor 13, and the spacer 15 is set between the upper distributor 13 and the lower distributor 14. Further, on the resin-discharging side of the lower distributor 14, is set a nozzle plate 16 for collecting a plurality of sea-island type conjugated fibers formed in the upper distributor 13 and the lower distributor 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
