PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assaying HBV, having high sensitivity, simplicity and high certainty.;SOLUTION: This forward primer for assaying HBV gene by real-time detection PCR method is an oligonucleotide having a sequence comprising ≥15 continuous bases among a base sequence composed of specific 15 to 41 bases. This reverse primer for assaying HBV gene by real-time detection PCR method is an oligonucleotide having a sequence comprising ≥15 continuous bases among other specific 15 to 42 bases.
