PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a user appropriately upon occurrence of disaster.;SOLUTION: The disaster management system comprises one or more disaster management device 10 incorporating and/or connected with a disaster detector, and a disaster reception center server 20 connected with the disaster management device 10 through a network. When detection information from the disaster detector 10A satisfies a predetermined disaster reference, the disaster management device 10 judges that disaster has occurred and transmits information indicative of occurrence of disaster to the disaster reception center server 20 and sustains connection with the disaster reception center server 20.
