PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collaboration development system for integrated circuits which enables many clients to use design data that an IC maker provides when the clients develop an IC collaboratively with the IC maker and which can equally and securely collect the charges corresponding to the use of the design data from the clients.;SOLUTION: When a request to access design data is sent from a terminal device, a managing server judges the validity of the request (S1 to S6). When the request is effective, the managing server reads design data complying with the request out of a file and provides the data at the request from the terminal device (steps S7 to S11).
