PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a highly precise toner fluidity evaluation method with no individual difference and to improve a toner transfer property and dot reproducibility by using this method for stably obtaining a high quality image. PSOLUTION: In this evaluation method, fluidity of toner constructed of resin and pigment at least is evaluated when a conical rotor is inserted into a toner powder phase while turing the conical rotor and torque or a load occurring when the conical rotor is moved through the toner powder phase is measured.
