PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dibenzodisilazepine polymer and a dibenzodisilazocine polymer both of which can be molded into thin films, etc. easily and cheaply, have excellent chemical stability, can be used as a raw material of an electronic element and of a fluorescent material, and have high fluorescence intensity.;SOLUTION: In a nitrogen atmosphere, 2, 8-dibromo-5, 10, 10, 11, 11-pentamethyl-10, 11-dihydrodibenzodisilazepine or 3, 9-dibromo-5, 7-disila-6-oxa-5, 5, 7, 7, 12-pentamethyl-5, 6, 7, 12-tetrahydrodibenz[b, g]azocine, and bis(trimethylstannyl)thiophene are dissolved into toluene. After tetrakistriphenylphosphinepalladium (O) is added to the resultant solution, the resultant mixture is heated to 90 C and agitated for 48 hours.
