PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant consisting of a polyvinyl acetal which is excellent in film formability, the dispersibility of a dispersion medium and the adhesiveness to a coating surface and is capable of realizing high solidification, a ceramic green sheet, a primer for plastic lens, a recording agent for a water base ink and adhesive agent for metallic foil. SOLUTION: The dispersant consisting of the polyvinyl acetal having =1 functional groups within one molecule.
