PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a relief-like depth to texture data which is object-divided. PSOLUTION: A pseudo three-dimensional image generating device giving pseudo depth data to texture data which is object-divided is provided with a depth imparting method deciding means for drawing a segment so that all texture data may be covered; and a depth operation means for imparting continuous depth data to a pixel on the drawing segment. The depth imparting method deciding means decides a center or a reference direction of an object with respect to each object of texture data and draws a radiation segment with the decided center as a starting point or a parallel segment in the decided reference direction so that all the objects are covered.
