PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature burned ceramic composition having wide conditions for firing, and low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss after firing, capable of efficiently degreasing, and to provide a low-temperature burned ceramics and a wiring board using it.;SOLUTION: The composition contains glass powder containing Si, B, and alkali metal elements, whose amount is Si, B, and alkali metal elements of no more than 0.5 mol% to 100 mol% expressed in terms of oxides, and having an amorphous state after firing at not higher than 1,050°C, and inorganic filler powder containing at least one kind of Al2O3 and 3Al2O3-2SiO2 (mullite), and alkali metal elements, whose amount is no more than 0.5 mol% to 100 mol% of SiO2 and/or Al2O3 and alkali metal elements.
