PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrel plating device and so on capable of eliminating an object to be plated from getting stuck thereto.;SOLUTION: The barrel plating device comprises: a barrel part 21 composed into an octagonal cylindrical shape; a pair of side wall parts provided on both the sides in the rotating shaft direction of the barrel part; and a plurality of panel parts 27 fitted to the barrel part. The barrel part comprises: a frame part composing the corner parts of the octagon; and mesh parts 31 crosslinking among the corner parts. The mesh parts have many pores for regulating the circulation of the object to be plated, and the panel parts have many pores for circulating a plating liquid. The frame parts and the mesh parts are composed as an integrated molding by mesh insert molding.
