PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and simply carry out daump-proof treatment work of a concrete wall in the ground.;SOLUTION: When a hole is dug in the ground to construct the semi-basement concrete wall of a building in the ground, a moisture prevention body (10) adhering moisture preventive plates (20) and (26) to one surface of plate-like thermal insulating materials (22) and (28) is placed between frame plates (6a) and (6b) of a concrete form (6), and the outside frame plate (6a) is adhered to the moisture preventive plates (20) and (26) side. A concrete is cast between the thermal insulating materials (22) and (28) side of the moisture prevention body (10) and the frame plate (6b) opposed thereto to construct the concrete wall (14), and then, the form (6) is removed to fill the hole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
