PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently allocating system resource.;SOLUTION: This invention discloses a method of allocating computer system resource 40 like a memory between applications 20-23. An input parameter is received to application 20-23. A parameter includes the value of minimum use right, the value of maximum use right and the weight. The minimum use right is the minimum use amount of resource 40, which is received by the application 20-23. The maximum use right is the maximum use amount of resource 40, which is received by the application 20-23. The weight specifies the priority of application to another application in order to distribute the system resource 40.
