PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear drive actuator capable of preventing foreign matter having intruded in a case for housing a rail from hindering movement of a slider.;SOLUTION: This slide wiring device 1 is provided with this linear drive actuator 14. The linear drive actuator 14 is provided with a case part 5, a rail 11 and a protector. The case part 5 is provided with a lower case 9, an upper case 10 and a pair of moldings 7a and 7b, and used for housing the lower case 9, the upper case 10 and the rail 11. A slit 25 is formed between the pair of moldings 7a and 7b. The rail 11 is mounted to the lower case 9. The protector is movably supported along the longitudinal direction of the rail 11.
