PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce communication costs in the remote monitoring system of a refrigerated container in a form for communication between the control unit of the refrigerated container and the remote control section of a remote monitoring center.;SOLUTION: The remote monitoring system comprises an operation start information generating means 71 for transmitting operation start information to a remote monitoring device 5 after a refrigeration unit starts operating and the operation continues for specified amount of time, a data storage means 62 for accumulating the log data of each kind of condition of the refrigerated container during the operation continuation of the refrigeration unit, and a log data transmitting means 72 for transmitting the log data to the remote monitoring device 5 when the operation of the refrigeration unit pauses.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
