The present abstract relates to a patent of invention for a system (1) for sensing movement and for controlling actuation of equipment with remote monitoring, pertaining to the field of security systems for combating theft and developed for sensing and controlling freezers, refrigerators, coolers and similar refrigeration equipment (100), used particularly at points of sale (300), for preserving and displaying products (200) such as beverages, frozen desserts and other chilled collations; said system is formed, essentially, by an electronic transmission, reception, locking and unlocking circuit (2) mounted on the equipment (100), a concentrator (20) sited close to the monitored refrigeration equipment (100), a central remote monitoring unit (30), wireless transmission between the monitored refrigeration equipment (100) and the concentrator (20), via which there is transmission of TPT information on position and telemetry of the equipment (100) in relation to the concentrator (20) and programming and set-up TPS information for locking or unlocking the refrigeration unit (101) of the monitored refrigeration equipment (100), and GPRS transmission between the concentrator (20) and the central remote monitoring unit (30), via which the TPT and TPS information is transmitted.
