PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a surface antigen peculiar to a cell to be differentiated to a pancreas endocrine cell and derived from a human or mouse adult, and to provide a method for readily and efficiently separating an endodermal stem cell by using the surface antigen.;SOLUTION: The method for separating the cell to be differentiated to the pancreas endocrine cell and derived from the human uses the expression of one or more kinds of the surface antigens selected from the group consisting of CD9, CD13, CD29 (integrin β1), CD44 (hyaluronate receptor), CD49f (integrin α6), CD90 (Thy-1), CD104 (integrin β4), CD105 (endogrin), CD106 (VCAM-1), CD165, CD166 (ALCAM), CD147 (neurothelin), low affinity NGF-R p75NGFR, and β2-microglobulin as an indicator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
