PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long fiber reinforced polypropylene resin reinforced glass fiber for obtaining long fiber reinforced polypropylene resin molded articles having excellent mechanical strength and to provide a long fiber reinforced polypropylene resin molding material. PSOLUTION: The gathering property and opening property of the glass fiber can be improved by using a composition containing a silane coupling agent (A), a polypropylene resin having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 to 23,000 (B) and a polypropylene resin having a weight average molecular weight of 23,000 to 50,000 (C) as a collecting agent for the glass fiber. Also, the fiber reinforced resin molding material contained with the glass fibers in parallel at the substantially the same length in the same direction in a matrix resin composed of the polypropylene resin hardly generates fluff, allowing good dispersion of the fibers in the molded article and giving the excellent mechanical properties.
