PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoration method and a restoration agent for a concrete structure, which enable the efficient restoration of a defective part on a concrete surface, and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the restoration agent.;SOLUTION: Accelerated particles are brought into collision with the surface of the defective part of the concrete structure, caused by fissure, cracking, a loss, flaking, etc., so that surface treatment can be provided. Next, the restoration agent is made by mixing particle powder generated by the surface treatment, concrete powder and aggregate with a binder. After that, the concrete structure is restored by embedding the restoration agent in the surface of the surface-treated defective part of concrete.
